Terms & Conditions

Booking & Reservation Policy:
Guest checking in must be at least 21 years of age. Upon check-in, all guests must register through a guest registration form. Please note that any change in the guest’s reservation may change the rate and/or require payment of cancellation fees.
 
Cancellation & Refund Policy:
Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.
 
Check-in & Check-out Policy:
Check in time 5PM Check out time will be 11AM. Early Check in and Late Check out can be arranged, subject to availability charges may subject to additional fees.
 
House Rules and Restrictions:
  • Quiet Hours are from 10PM to 7AM
  • Parties are not allowed
  • No Smoking
  • No Pets
  • Be mindful of children and toddlers. There are 2 sets of stairs in the Wild Rose.
  • Make sure all doors are locked tight when you leave.
  • Set Thermostats to 70 degrees.
  • Bag trash up and carry it to the trash cans in the back.
